Each entry will include your name, your spouse's name and the names of any children living at home, as well as the following pieces of information (assuming they are on file in the front office): your photo, your mailing address, your cell and home phones, and an email address for all adults in the household. If you prefer any of this information not be included in the directory, please let the front office know no later than September 30.
