• Advent reading materials will be available in the narthex this upcoming Sunday, November 24. There are two adult devotionals and one devotional and activity booklet for families. To ensure everyone gets at least one devotional, please take only one to start. You may pick up additional devotionals from what remains on the second Sunday of Advent, December 8. 
• This year, Saint Francis, in partnership with our Boy and Cub Scout Troops, has been invited to ring the red kettle bell at the south entrance of Wal-Mart. Volunteer slots are available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 20 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 21. 
• Though the red kettle fundraiser is a project of the Salvation Army, ninety percent of funds raised stay in the valley. These funds are managed by Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska (commonly called CAPWN). Their mission is to help people and change lives. Funds raised  help fill the gap for local families needing help covering basic necessities such as rent, utilities,  prescriptions and gas to get to medical appointments.
• Though our time is divided into half hour slots, volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one slot.  You may work alone or in pairs. (The exception is youth under 18; if you're under 18, please bring someone who is at least 18 with you.) If you're more comfortable seated, you're welcome to bring a chair along. Christmas-themed costumes and accessories are encouraged but not required. 🎅🤶🎄🤶🎅

​The Daughters of the King are sponsoring a Ministry Fair Sunday, November 24. It will be held during coffee hour. Representatives of various organizations and ministries at St. Francis will be available to visit with you about their activities. Participation in these ministries not only strengthens our parish, but your faith and personal growth. Please join us and discover YOUR place at St. Francis.

​​It’s time for our Annual ECW Christmas Cookie Exchange on Saturday, December 7th, at 10 AM
to fill tins for shut-ins the Parish Hall. Each person is asked to bring 3 dozen cookies to share.
That will leave 2 dozen for each of us after the tins for shut-ins are filled. ECW will provide the shut-in’s tins. 
Bring an empty container for yourself.  Refreshments will be served. Come join us for some holiday fellowship!
