ERIN’S EPISTLETTES
  • Saint Francis will host the next meeting of the Western Deanery this Saturday, November 4. We'll gather for coffee and conversation at 9 a.m. then have a formal meeting at 10 a.m. followed by lunch and Eucharist. All are welcome to come and connect with our friends from the greater Panhandle!
  • A group from our diocese will travel to the Dominican Republic Saturday for a mission trip. Please pray for leaders and participants John, Tom, Vic, Marcia, Brad, Ashley and Elizabeth, and the Dominicans with whom they will minister.
  • Many Thanks to Council Delegates Monica Shambaugh, Cory Foster and Beth McKibbin. We appreciate your time and dedication.
    • The bishop's sermon and address to Annual Council are available here.
  • On a more personal note, news has been travelling about my cat, Mr. Honey Bear. He stopped eating when we returned from South Dakota last week. It took until Tuesday of this week for the vet to discover bladder stones. He will have surgery today (Thursday) to remove them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your concern and prayers.

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, no enews will be published the week of November 20. Notices received after November 13 will be published in the November 30 enews.
We wish travelers a safe journey and all a blessed holiday!
