ERIN’S EPISTLETTES
  • I'm delighted to share that we inherited the Boy Scout troop hosted by First Christian following their closure. As this Sunday is Scout Sunday, several of Pack 13's Cub Scouts will be present to serve and learn. Please offer them a warm Saint Francis welcome!
  • Many thanks to the Daughters of the King for their work on the ministry booklet. They interviewed the leaders of all ministries at Saint Francis. A special thanks to Mary Bowman who spearheaded formatting and editing. Copies are available in the narthex.
  • Bishop Barker will visit Saint Francis on Sunday, May 28. Please let me know if you or a family member are interested in being confirmed or received that day.
  • We'd like to print an updated directory some time this spring. A number of the photos on file are out of date.
    • If you'd like to submit an updated photo (particularly if you have growing children or teens), please forward that to the front office.
    • If you have photography or organizational skills to share, please let me know. You needn't be a professional, only have a desire to serve.
    • Or friends at First Presbyterian are seeking a new office administrator. The position is twenty hours a week. The job description is available here; the online application is here. For more information, call Jeff or April at 308-632-2131. Please keep them in your prayers during this transition.
